What we focus on grows?! No - technically there is many cases where it happens the opposite for example - focus + respiration drives the immunity system to react ... Intent and will is more powerfull than focus.
Sure not focusing on numbers or grows...
They are there already and just need to be used for a better good... We have enough knowledge & finances to start help all the world eco system the right way...
Only the tax we have paid from the day our generation born, imagine how much money is there used for selfish commercial business dollar stupid purposes... Money have no more value, even the 100$ note you have in your pocket is as real as the 0.01 bitcoin you have in your virtual wallet...
The system still run and better than never before, in human history it's never had a time more peaceful than our times, less war, less crime, more awareness, more intelligent tools... In the news sound 1000 times worse than in the 80's... Watch the TV it's not safe for you to get out, travel?... Be careful terrorist & bomb every corners... Hahahaha it's so unbelievable!

@digitalplayer I'm not sure exactly what you mean by that, can you explain your thought a little more? It sounds like you are saying that meditation boosts the immune system which fights pathogens. Is that correct?
What I am saying relates to the mind. What we focus on via our thoughts. If we immerse ourselves in negativity, like indulging in our daily dose of fear propaganda (NEWS), then we may start to think the world is a dangerous place, which is actually untrue. There are actually studies that show that crime in general has been going down each year (at least in North America). @michaelvagas pointed this out as well. Its not easy to realize that if we are bombarded by shootings and war and disease...etc.
