Dancing on High Heels - the struggle is real

We love to bring a little LA Vibe in our practice sessions, since we learn a lot of choreographies from multiple coaches.
We actually wanted to record one on high heels this time.
BUT it is a whole another world.
Dancing on heels give you another power, passion, sex-appeal and a new way of confidence into the dance industry.
I actually started to practice on heels 2 years ago, but I tell y'all - you have to stick to it and literally practice EVERYDAY.
Tipp 1: Find out which high heel is the most comfortable one for you and it doesn't matter how high or low the heel is.
Tipp 2: Start of with walking back and forth first, if you aren't used to walk on heels.
Tipp 3: Choose a slow choreography first to get slowly into that feeling. It required a lot of balance.

Since Mai Linh and Kim Lien are new to dancing on heels, you can see how low there heels is and it was still hard for them.
@lisadang and I - we danced on heels before and we tried out higher heels this time and we fail.
These hair whips plus to keep the balance was a challenge even though the routine was a slow one and we really thought we can make it.
But if you dont feel safe on your heels, your movements look powerless.
We just don't understand how they can dance on heels like they were dancing on sneakers.
At the end of the day we were kind of disapointed, but we are motivated to continue practicing.
Even though we end up dancing the choreography on sneakers as you can see in the video.

When I was dancing, also on the high heels, I used also to wear them in everyday life and at home just to get used to them like second skin))
