The way you spend the first hour after awakening affects how you spend the whole day. Try to follow the tips from this article, make your morning effective and see what advantages it gives.

What is productive can do in the morning?
Here is a list of things you can do after waking up:

Drink a glass of warm water
Write about the ten things you are thankful for.

  • Meditate

  • Eat a healthy breakfast

  • Take a contrast shower

  • Doing yoga

  • Visualization

  • Maintaining a diary

  • Do exercises

  • Read book, affirmations

  • Review your goals and plans for the day
