Learning from Nature

Hello steemians I hope you are doing good in your lives.
I have a very interesting topic to discuss with you guys,it's about lessons that we can reap from Mother Nature.
How you ask?There is a very simple answer to that ,its by learning and observing from our surroundings.
The method is very simple but it requires one to become perseverant.

Mother Nature is the harbinger of light in our lives .Ever thought why your mood instantly relieves after you take a small walk in the lap of nature.Its because of your chaotic brain which is busy making you lazy and the very same brain when faces a different environment which is full of peace it quiets .

The above paragraph has the answer lying breaking the ice I would say one can learn the most from nature only through meditation and spending time with it.When you meditate far away from the city buzz you realise your inner potentials and you rise to a whole different level. Mother nature gives us the power to fight and tackle the shittiest of situations.When we meditate our brain revitalizes and changes its forms and in this way we make a special connection with solace.

There is everything we can seek from nature but we have to observe to learn.
