Good post with which I heartily agree. The age of civility is dead and we are all the poorer for it. Respect for others has become an alien concept and it seems perfectly acceptable to attack those with whom you disagree, rather than to offer a reasoned response.

Myself I believe that if you have to raise your voice, you have already lost the argument, and my response to aggression is to walk away from it.
