Quick Internet Evolution towards "Servicization"
The short video below presents a brilliant synthesis of the evolution of the Internet, towards total decentralization and automation in the provision of services "on-demand" which can be called "servicization".
"Servicizing" is the process of providing satisfaction of customer needs by selling the function of the product rather than the product itself, namely attending to the simple fact that people do not need a particular product, but only services timely provided by it.
Such distributed services will result from the adoption of technical and commercial protocols that allow to perform "smart-contracts" which can be used to program a decentralized network of sensitive machines, the "Internet-of-Things" (IoT), all thanks to cryptographic algorithms created by blockchain technology.
Naturally these algorithms will be parameterized in a marketing perspective (personalization and "customization") thanks to an unusually reliable capture, quantification and validation of data about the world around us (a "datification" both for business and life) that will make consumption processes much more seamless and convenient.
This evolution, enhanced by machine learning thanks to artificial intelligence (AI), will culminate in a plurality of "peer-to-peer" (P2P) community economies, considered safe despite being open, and whose performance, still in a marketing perspective, will have its value counted in their tokens ("tokenization").
