Whatcha Gonna Do Wednesday

This is getting old, real old. And it's not me, people!

Another shortened night of sleep before getting up at 445am is getting to me, physically and mentally. Waking up at 1230am and not falling back asleep until after 2 is really dragging me down for by HBCP workout and for the rest of the day.

Of course, while I type this Wednesday afternoon I am sipping on a cup of joe, caffeinated that is. Hmmm....

Anyways, the workout:

squat - 10x45 5x95 4x115 3x135 3x145 5x165 5x165 4x165 5x135

bench press - 10x45 5x95 4x115 3x135 2x155 3x5x170 3x155

deadlift (yea!) - 5x135 3x185 5x215

I almost set a new mark at 165 in the squat, but the very last rep I lost my balance and struggled to get up so I didn't count it. A drop set followed that.

The bench was solid but nerve wracking. I didn't quite touch my chest on a few reps, but dang close each time. A drop set came with this one too.

And the deadlift made its return with a good sequence finishing at 215 lbs.

Then the arms:

tricep dips - 3x5x50

biceps - preacher curls, 3x12x20

By the end I was just beat, no juice after maybe 7 hours of sleep which ain't enough. Getting this sleep thing straightened out is more important to me than setting new lifting marks. Without the rest the marks will not come.
