Maybe clowns were a great thing in past centuries when a circus was a great event. But today our taste and our sense of humor just has changed, as well as our view on what is creepy, so clowns just don't work anymore in the way they were supposed to.
I was thinking the same after I wrote it. Storytellers, clowns and balloons we don't need that kind of entertainment any longer. We have tv sets and travel the world ourself
