One minute is a very short amount of time, but it’s enough to transform your life if you do these every day:

  • Spend a minute to appreciate everything you have.
  • Spend a minute to set the key objectives and intentions before the day starts.
  • Spend a minute to be selfless, think on other’s behalf, and do more beyond your own benefits.
  • Spend a minute to think and behave like the person you want to become. That’s how you shape your self-identity.
  • Spend a minute to laugh out loud.
  • Spend a minute to stop and think before you spend your money based on emotional cues.
  • Spend a minute to eliminate all unnecessary decisions.
  • Spend a minute to show your gratitude to someone who has helped you.
  • Spend a minute to express love and care.
  • Spend a minute to under the cold shower.
  • Spend a minute to pay attention to your destructive and unhealthy behaviors, only by that, you can break those bad habits.
  • Spend a minute to calm down when you’re pissed (before you hurt someone verbally or physically.)
  • Spend a minute to take a breath, be conscious, be present, and be mindful.
  • Spend a minute to figure out work that matters to you the most.
  • Spend a minute to look at yourself in the mirror, see your weaknesses and your strengths, face your fears and acknowledge your resilience.
