This reminds me of a blog I have written another blog. I might have to dig it up and repost it on Steemit. I love the message of this video, all to often we are quick to anger or judgement. This is why I study buddhism and stoicism. I want to not feed of another person's fear, anger, insecurities, ect... I' far from where I want to be but at the same time miles from where I use to be. :-)
