Selling Steemit To A Window Salesman

So I was reading a comment on my blog called, Salesman At My Door Did The Tag Team Technique On Me - I Countered Technique Selling Steemit.

Then the door bell rings. It is another salesman. This salesman after we greeted each other goes into his pitch. I heard a very low volume kind of timid presentation. He said something about windows and asked if I had stucco in any part of the house. Off the bat I told him I didn't want to buy. He says, "I can understand that, however..."

Before he can say one more word I go outside from the screen door and I say, "Hey, do you know anything about cryptocurrency? You heard of Bitcoin, right?" He starts to shake his head up and down.

Then I say, "Do you like to write? Like writing blogs?" He says, "Yes." I go into it saying, "I was just on the computer reading a comment on one of my blogs about sales. You see there is a site out there called, Steemit.com."

I ask if he has something to write this information down. He has pen and paper ready. I say, "Write this down, Steemit.com." He starts writing Steamit.com and I correct him respelling it to him Steemit.com.

Then I say, "This site pays you in cryptocurrency to write blogs and even to make comments on other's blogs and it is all on the blockchain."

I told him that he should try to sign up tonight and if he can't get in that he should try to sign up everyday for a month if he has to.

I tell him to remember when Bitcoin was only one Bitcoin for one USD. I tell him that now one Bitcoin equals $2500. His eye really focuses on me. Then I tell him I've see some blogs that gets $1,700 in a matter of hours or even within the hour. I got him now.

I tell him in the beginning he might only make only $0.02 on a blog. I point at my 89 Nissan Sentra and told him I wrote a blog called, My 89 Nissan Sentra Keeps On Going and that it made $37. His eyes lit up.

I told him that he won't make much in the beginning, but to put in the time. To keep on coming up with content. To always make comments on other's blogs. I told him that he will actually make more money commenting on other's blogs in the beginning.

Then I tell him you have to have more than a comment like, Great post. I tell him it should be more like a mini blog when you make comments. I told him every once in a while a whale might give you a $5 up vote. I also told him that it only happens once in a while.

I told him sometimes you won't even get anything on a comment, but that is OK, cause you want to keep on commenting. I tell him, it is just like sales the more you do it the better you get at it. I told him if he works hard at this and not to worry about money that it will all pay off in the end.

I tell him that Steemit.com is only about 2 years old or so. I told him when this thing matures we could really be doing OK. I said to him, "I just handed you pieces of gold. You have to get in." He was so excited as he walked away and with a lot more energy. I am pretty sure he was sold.
