Greetings fellow steemians and welcome to another one of my great adventures. Well, I recently watched a movie called “Ready Player One” a movie directed by one of the famous directors that brought you the movie E.T or also known as The Extra-Terrestrial and Jurassic Park; he is none other than Steven Spielberg. Yes, I know, I am kind of lame because I only watched the movie now and not when the time it's being released in the cinema.

The movie takes place in the year 2045 when humanity depends on virtual reality simulation software called OASIS to escape from the miserable life that they are having in the real world. The story started when the developer of OASIS James Halliday died and left an Easter egg for all the players inside the OASIS to get. The winner of the games that Halliday made will inherit the fortune from OASIS and eventually become the owner of the company as well. Wade or his virtual avatar name Parzival and his fellow comrades were trying to win the games and captured all three keys before it falls from the hand of the IOI company lead by Nolan Sorrento.

To me, when I watched this movie, it basically depicts what is going to become in our future and now, we can already see the evolvement of the virtual reality simulation, for example, VR or also known as Virtual Reality where ordinary people just put on the virtual reality headset where it looks similar like a big goggle. Afterwards, you can go into either games or any other type of simulation and basically do anything that you want inside the software without being afraid of getting hurt unless if you playing in a small room.

The technology sounds so cool and yet at the same time scary, as you may be one day won’t even know the meaning of the word socialise with the people around you. But hey, who doesn’t want to try and get a hand on this kind of amazing technology, I know I do hahaha. Well, fellow steemians, I guess that’s it for me for this adventure.
