"Kuah Pliek", Aceh Traditional Culinary
"Kuah pliek" is one of the traditional culinary of Aceh. This culinary is very demand by the people of Aceh. The culinary is the taste of very distinctive and delicious. "Kuah pliek" is made from coconut fermentation mixed vegetables and herbs.
There are about 30 kinds of vegetables and herbs used. In addition it could also add crackers cowhide that has been fried. All the vegetables finely chopped.
The next refine the ingredients used. So it's with herbs. All must be refined.
Stir-fried herbs and spices. Add enough water. Add coconut palm and heating. Add enough water. Add crackers cowhide. Wait till cooked. "Kuah pliek" are ready to serve.
