Life - WTF IS THIS THING?
This. What the fuck is it? Does anybody have a clue?
I mean, I understand that I am alive, or at least I think I am. But what is REALLY going on here? How does something so amazing as existence and this unbelievable unfathomably large universe come into being? I got deep into this while watching The Blue Planet and seeing what was going on deep down in the oceans, how amazing these creatures were and how miraculously they were reproducing. It got dark, I mean my state of mind. It got really fucking eery. I was afraid. I was VERY afraid.
I started thinking rationally about this. It's OK, you got this. Now, what is going on? Did a God create this? If so, then wtf created that God? Yeah so evolution; doesn't answer a thing. It explains the how things became things part but does not even attempt to explain WTF it is all doing here in the first place. Is it some sort of hologram? Or a virtual reality program of some sort? Or am I stuck in one massive trip and none of this is really happening? Are we all just tripping balls right now?
My head started hurting. So I let go, and went to sleep. I understand it is most likely something nobody will ever have an answer to. However that doesn't stop us from researching/experimenting and coming up with our own little theories.
These days I'm more prone to thinking that we have all been created by some sort of extra intelligent being. Life isn't organic, it's artificial. Think of it like a video game. And all these substances we can take are like little cheat codes that take us to magical hidden universes. Psychedelics take you into the most amazing little worlds created for us to explore full of love and colour and beauty, readily available for anybody who may want to delve.
But then there are other substances that pose more than a threat to you than a positive. You need to try and stay away from them, but they are just as tempting!
So, conclusion, it is all a game, regardless of how you see it. The odds of us being here to experience this are practically 0, or we just keep playing the game over and over again and it never ends.

Glad to see I'm not alone in thinking the world is a massive video game. It is strange how questioning are existence and thinking about why we are here is so disturbing. It seems like it should be a cheerful subject. Maybe are creators don't want us to know why we are here and how we were created so they made it hard to think about?
Perhaps. Maybe it's because it is the ultimate unknown, and as curious creatures we like to know things. It really is the one and only thing that scientifically or spiritually we cannot give an answer to.
