How wonderful that you had that opportunity to see and touch them I have never seen one in photos and researching to make this post I would like to see them in person although they are not to be held captive for their short life but those little horses are great
They were in abundance in S.W. Florida when I was young. Now they are hard to find here.
If I already saw that you are from florida and well at least you have seen them, I live in venezuela and retired from the beaches
