Sun Creations

Tuning into the power of the sun (and fire too) are very powerful allies for creative endeavors. When my home burned down I really understood the power of fire and have been making fire a better friend ever since. The creative fire within us can accomplish so much and sometimes seeing nature's manifestations reminds us of the power within us.
The sunflower is one of my favorite manifestations of nature's expressive creations. There is a mysterious mandala like quality to the sunflower and this can be used for contemplation. Focus on the center and contemplate the mysteries of both human and Nature's creations. Feel the beauty and let that energy infuse your creative work.
