Just 7-10 years ago we couldn't even imagine that mobile phones would play such a huge role in our lives.They quickly have become something so necessary,something all of us are attached to on a daily life basis, something we can not survive one day without like: water,food or air.

It's actually now very uncommon to see people reading a book or a newspaper in the subway, talking, or just spacing out. If you are reading a paper back book these days people will ask, why don't you just read it on your mobile ?
Quick fact: almost 52% of mobile people users show the signs of addiction to their devices. I think I might belong to these 52 percent. So how about you ? If you recognize the signs and behavior I'm gonna list below then it means you are a part of the smartphone junkie club :)

~ When you wake up the first thing you do you check "your precious" even before you say good morning to your wife or go to the bathroom

When you are feeling false vibrations from the phone It's a big warning alarm right there

~When you check your phone to see the current temperature outside instead of going out on balcony or at least opening the window lol

~ When your wife says we need to talk and offers to have a 3,5 hours of "no phone time" and you agree like a hero!

It is amazing how few minutes here and there on the phone later add up to hours, you put your phone down and realize how much time you have wasted and what you could have actually done instead.This time is lost,you will never get it back, so maybe instead having a relationship with your phone you could focus on the relationship with your loved one!
