Let's go and remind yourself

When you’re confronted with that fact, you can either crawl into a hole and quit, or you can get out there, take off your shoes, and Bilbo it up. All human beings have three lives: public, private, and secret. Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure. If there was anything that depressed him more than his own cynicism, it was that quite often it still wasn't as cynical as real life. When life gives you lemons, chunk it right back. I want to live my life in such a way that when I get out of bed in the morning, the devil says, "aw shit, he's up! This life is yours. Take the power to choose what you want to do and do it well. This isn't life in the fast lane, it's life in the oncoming traffic. Take the power to love what you want in life and love it honestly.

I always thought every day was a gift, but now I am looking for where to send the note.
