IndonesiaIn our daily life there are many types of coffee coming from several regions from all over the world. All with taste and characteristic of each. Including from Indonesia. However, do we know how common the coffee is?
The coffee cuppers are certainly more familiar with the characteristics of coffee. They generally have to write notes from their observations of coffee. The results of these observations they usually pour in a paper table or score sheet. The following characteristics are generally assessed from a coffee:
Sweetness
How much sweetness or sweetness does coffee have? Because every coffee will vary its sweetness content. Natural sweetness is the most sought after of a cup of coffee, and generally, the more sweetness it gets the better.
Acidity
How acid or coffee is it? And how fun is the acidity? If it is too high its acidity then the coffee can be categorized as 'sour' or sour once. But if the acid is good, it will make coffee more crispy or juiciness.
Mouthfeel
Next is Does the coffee have a mild, tender, full-mouth feeling similar to tea or is it more rich, creamy and heavy?
Flavor
Maybe it's just a taste, a taste of the flavors of coffee and the aroma of one particular kind of coffee, but also how good is the coffee taste? Each of the tried coffee is different, but how to pour the different flavors in a simple language that is easily understood by the costumer
