take somthing in food, otherwise you will be die.
you need not to work hard like this at gym.
It's not for fitness, it's for a cleanse :) It's not dangerous when you know what you are doing, in fact it's been proven to cure many illnesses in the body and people have been doing it for thousands of years! But thank you for your concern!
