Couldn't agree more with what you said, especially the 'live simple' part. People do seem to put a lot of focus on materialism these days.

Somehow living a simple life turned to be the most boring and unwanted thing. Everyone seems to be running after something and nothing ever feels enough or satisfying. They always want more and more...
