The prom ball - "Studniówka", traditional dance before graduation in Poland - 2018
Studniówka - the colloquial name of the pre-secondary-school-certificate ball, which takes place approximately one hundred days before the matriculation examination starting in May.

Traditionally, it is one of the symbolic passes into adulthood. The prom ball began with a dance from the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries, which by the elected is called court, by others - by foot or even by a bath - or just a polonaise.
The first dance is a polonaise, which is played by high school graduates with invited accompanying persons and sometimes teachers.
Studniow usually take place in January or in February. This unique fun began at 19.00, on February 3, 2018. The ball is attended by students of the matura classes with accompanying persons and teachers invited by them, who taught them during the high school period. Evening dresses are usually valid.
