Unwavering Difficulty About My Appetite
My meal last night is what my doctor had gave me, us patients actually in my dialysis center. We were given with meal replacement milk which is nutritionally balanced and recommended for dialysis patients. It is low in potassium and phosphorus but I just took some Renvela with it just for me not to absorb phosphorus in my system.
I actually had won with my effort to lower my Phosphorus by the way which is good but I still have to manage my iPTH still and also control my Phosphorus so it is just complicated and I still get no signs of my Parathyroid going to normal. I am afraid to fracturing my bones too because my iPTH is still high for that matter.
Anyway I forgot to take the photo of that meal replacement milk, it is one of the things that I wanted to buy so that I can support my nutritional needs but those milk are like Ensure in price, quite expensive to buy but again I just needed it. I also had it before but it just didn't make me gain weight, it is because it is hard for me to eat a full meal too three times per day, I just don't have the physical space in my body as well not to mention the appetite to make it happen.
So I end up just eating in most times once a day with a meal maybe in some nights with just egg and a piece of bread so that at least I will have some protein. But I guess that I will have to go and procure me some meal replacement milk so that I will not get too malnourished because of my appetite issues, may God help me.
