I think Mr. Boris is thinking about the economy because lockdowns hurts the economy but making people congregate will make the virus spread again and that will surely affect everyone in the other hand. @karenb54
We just hope that there would be a vaccine soon otherwise I do not think that we will have a normal life with a dreaded virus going on and still spreading.
I think the will be our normal for a long time, Boris is thinking of himself and his rich pals, that's what the torys are like. 😪
