I Just Plan To Eat One Boiled Egg And A Piece Of Watermelon Today

I really do not want to lose some weight that is why more often than not I would just try to eat some. Usually I would skip breakfast and supper but this time since I just needed to put some nutrition in my body I have to just eat.

I am just planning to eat a piece of hard boiled egg and that watermelon that I told my mother to buy for me. I just have to eat some fruits especially now that I wanted to support my resistance against any virus out there like the CoViD too.

Actually I will just be forcing myself to eat even though I will just eat a piece of boiled egg while eating the watermelon is quite easier for me because it is easier to chew, almost water and the taste is good. Doesn't fill me-up and definitely not contributing for my nausea that I am feeling right now.

But again I have to eat as to not lose anymore weight because I am already skin and bones for that matter and I already look ridiculous and pitiful.

I Wanted To Eat Two Or More Eggs But It Is High In Phosphorus, The Watermelon Is Tasteless

My mother really could not cook, this afternoon she fried some pork pieces, I do not know but I didn't liked it, it taste like sausages because of the intense taste of the garlic that could knock-off a horse plus it was sour as well. I just have to have some protein which is why I forced to eat some of it, about a teaspoon of that fried pork pieces.

I am not concentrating on eating anyway since it feels like I am introducing poison into my body. When I think of food I am also thinking about phosphorus, creatinine, uric acid, nitrogen compounds, and all that by-products of eating.

So you could just imagine my situation here too, I live with folks that cannot cook and I have a case of appetiteloss and it explains my current body appearance and I am just thankful that at least my resistance is still up and that I am not catching any colds, flu, or pneumonia. I just thank God for that.
