You might say that it is a lot of water to be taken off from the body but for me it is a normal amount. I had experienced more from the past particularly when I was just being dialyzed every five days.

During those years I am going for dialysis with near six Kilos of fluid overload and there are instances that I just have to scrimp and save although there is nothing to save because I am penniless so I have to go for a weekly dialysis. I only not elevating my being waterlogged but also my creatinine levels.

It is weird to have your toxins in the body elevated because it will make you crazy. You will say and do weird things all because you are being poisoned. Just imagine not getting washed with your blood in one week, thankfully those days are over and now I am at least not seeing myself not being unable to go for my regular dialysis sessions unlike in my early years where I have no means to earn some money to patch for my needs.

My problem now is really the fluid overload because I cannot endure thirst, you will just drink with a least sensation of thirst. Sometimes it gets out of hand so at my dialysis I am just too waterlogged already. Thankfully some of my nurses would take-off what I told them unlike the other head nurse that is just not wanting to do what I want and would haggle the 100 mL off from the supposed total amount of what I wanted to remove.

It is just funny that another 100mL is not ok but a little less is OK for her. But this issue with being so waterlogged had been my problem form the very start. It is just now that I am able to lower my dry weight that I am able to get an extra allowance or room in my body for loading extra fluids which resulted in being more at ease in-between dialysis sessions.

It is a seasonal issue and after the cold season is over the fluid overload will not be the case anymore. That is why I also like the hot and humid season because I can drink much more and arrive at dialysis still light because of the sweat that I had produced between sessions. It is uncomfortable having the feeling of being sticky from sweat, drizzling over even at night time but I would achieve another way of getting rid of extra fluids and having to consume more fluids at the same time which is a great trade-off during the hot months.

One issue as well was the dialysis settings that I have to endure. My nurses are pumping my body with sodium chloride which is why I tend to get thirsty after dialysis. So after my session I have no way to solve but to drink water or fluids. The sodium treatment/setting had stuck to me because of the years I have been battling with the issue of crashing blood pressure and caused me not being able to request fluid removal beyond 4 Kilos so I just have to control myself if I wanted to last for more years.
