Dear Diary: The Advatage Of Being A Non-Catholic This "Yuletide" Season In This Place Of Mine

Here in my country during the near Christmas season kids and some groups of people does the caroling house by house,
but not to express their glee on the season but to ask for donations for their own causes.

The kids are doing it for fun and of course a little cash that they will divide unto themselves but other grown-up groups does it also for themselves because after their sessions of singing annoying Christmas songs they will also divide their "loot" or spend it into their leisure activities after like going into excursions or something just to have some good time from the money they collected.

So most households just doesn't believe in these grown-up caroling groups anymore and they make a lot of ways just to avoid the groups that has a bad record of doing it for unworthy causes.

But mist of these carolers avoids our house because they already knew who lives in this house LOL. Although my sister and her husband are Catholics, so is my father but me and my mother are avoided by carolers because they already knew what is our religious affiliations which is not believing in Christmas traditions and occasions.

So they already knew that we are not in their "club" and will just try elsewhere than wasting time singing annoying Christmas carols where they can collect money for their commercialized occasion.

But for kids it is okay to give them some cash because I have experienced myself when I was a kid not being given after we spent a few songs on a stingy household LOL it was frustrating. But for grown-ups well they have to get it someplace else and definite not from me.🤣
