Everybody wants to earn, nobody wants to take a risk

Not true. There is an alarming number of people taking risks, either for a better life or to be successful. On the other side, are people rippilg them off and taking advantage of them. We live in a "survival of the fittest" world.

My own contribution is that life is so simple and fair, but we should all try to assist one another in all circumstances.

Life is not simple and fair and probably never will be. Trying to help and assist each other is obviously a good way forward. Working together is most important. As animals, we are filled with different emotions which causes us to act counter productive to our own well-being. This may never change.
