Children are the future of every economy. They are the brightest stars which will grow up and shine the whole World. Every child deserves best of the best education. Every parent wants the brightest future for their children. They want the best schools for them, best teachers to teach them and best education to make them more successful. 

But there are some parts in the World where some children are forced to do labor. Child labor represents the work done by children in their young age. These works can vary from employer to employer. Sometimes these works are very menial, other times it can be hazardous. As per a consensus, 170 million children are estimated to be engaged in Child Labour around the World. This is a huge number for those who are meant to get education in their early age. 

Child labor is anything which:

• deprives children from education
• deprives them from basic life pleasures in their young age.
• Forces them to do some extreme physical tasks on daily basis.
• encourage them not to get education. 

So, what are the causes of Child Labour?

Well, there are no fixed standards to define the causes of Child Labor but there are some which makes a child to work instead of getting education and achieve knowledge. These causes can be:

• The low economic life of their parents or family. So they had to support them by doing some work.
• Child trafficking, in which children are forced to so menial tasks from their employers. This one is illegal and prohibited by the governments. If someone get arrested out of this crime, then he can be jailed for years.
• Paying the bills of their own education. Some children have no financial support from their relatives or parents, so they get engaged in working locally to get hands on to some cash to support their studies or future plans.

What can be done to curb this Social Evil?

Well, there are a lot of things a normal person can do to curb this social evil. First of all, whenever you see any child forcefully doing labor in some area, you can contact authorities of that area about the concern. Moreover, you can talk to the child himself about his problems. If he is financially crippled, then a small combined donation by your relatives or friends can really make a difference to improve the life of a child. 

Secondly, Child Welfare Societies can be set up to help those children who are not getting proper education or forced to do some labor. 

Thirdly, You can help them directly by getting these children admission in some school of your reference. This is great gesture and would be appreciated a lot.

Children are our future indeed, instead of going in for some useless parties and anniversaries, take sometime and do something which matters for real. Bring a change is society by helping some kids to get good education.
