The first few minutes of your morning are key to make your day productive and filled with positive energy. Ideally, you should set the alarm to start setting your natural daily pace, but this is often not possible.
Here are six ways to get you started better morning, rejecting bad habits that ruin your mood and good sleep.
1. Treat yourself for 15 minutes without any device
When you turn off the alarm, leave the phone and do not view emails or messages on social networks. Morning time should only be devoted to you. Exclude notifications so that you would not be disturbed.
2. Replace coffee with the lemon juice
*Creamy and fresh lemonade brings with you a great number of benefits and you should drink it in the morning when you open your eyes. Lemonade triggers your metabolism and mushrooms with excessive fat, cleanses your mouth and throat and boosts your energy.
