the media has convinced everyone that we need to eat so much foods in the average day. but the truth is that people who have lived long before us would go long periods of time without eating . And along with a healthy lifestyle periodic fasting is amazing for our bodies. giving not only your digestive organs time to rest but it in ables your body time to heal itself and repair. I recommend everyone start either intermittent fasting or once a year fast for 3 to 7 days to reap the most health benefits for longevity.I recently also realized meditation is extremely beneficial to your mental health , physical health as it strengthens your immune system. Just having the ability to empty your mind and center yourself for 10 minutes to an hour every day . Can greatly benefit your health and wellness and make you an all around more happier person.
