Learn how to make these rich spring rolls

A very affectionate greeting to all, today I bring a recipe that I love, and allows us to vary our morning menu. His name is Spring Rolls, that name sounds strange, but this is how they say in some recipes seen in magazines and television eventually, here are the ingredients and how to prepare:

INGREDIENTS:

  • small cabbage
  • Vegetables varied: zucchini, onion, chili, chives, paprika, all this to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil to sauté

PREPARATION:

Stir all vegetables together until they are all cooked.

Remove the cabbage leaves without breaking, then boil until they are quite soft, about 20 minutes, then strain the water.

Now proceed to assemble the rolls: take a cabbage leaf and place in the center a portion of the vegetables and stir-fried and closed with a wooden stick. You can eat directly in this way already prepared, but I made a sauce with the sofrito that was left over, putting them in the kitchen to sauté for 5 minutes approximately, that's all, friends, now to eat !!!!
