How to stop eating sweets

Sweets are a source of energy, and love for them is determined by nature. Ancestors of modern man had to run for food not in the nearest hypermarket. Hunting and gathering are not easy and labor-intensive.

And the pleasure of eating is one of the mechanisms that should make the body take more active food.

A large consumption of sugar around the world, leads to obesity in society and is progressing.

How to limit yourself in sweets

  • Add complex carbohydrates to the diet
    The portion of cereals in the end is also transformed into simple sugars, however this process will be longer, therefore you will remain full longer.

  • Reduce the consumption of sugar gradually

  • Make sweet consumption meaningful
    Do not eat ice cream on the run, and sweets - at the computer. So you do not get a full pleasure, but you will eat a serving of sugar.

  • Refuse the rituals associated with eating sweet
    For example, afternoon tea with colleagues, a cake in the theater buffet and so on. Replace the absorption of sweets with something unrelated to them.

  • Do not reward yourself with sweets
    This forms an unhealthy relationship. First you complete an important project and buy a cake.
