thanks for the motivational words! I think as an artist, it's difficult to move away from validation from others, as part of our success comes from how much our art is consumed. but I also think it's important to always work on what you like, rather than focusing on what others will like, bc you attract what you put out, and it's better to attract ppl who genuinely like you and your art, rather than just catering to the masses
You said it all. It's better to attract people who would genuinely like you and your art.
