cuando era niño casi siempre que salia me quedaba viendo los pequeños detalles del mundo a mi alrededor, me entretenía viendo como se mecían los arboles con el viento, viendo el trabajo de las hormigas, o las mariposas en su andar algo errante, me podía quedar horas observando los pequeños detalles de la vida casi siempre en silencio, dejaba el mundo desplazarse a mi alrededor mientras yo me quedaba quieto. Cuando crecí fui olvidándome de esos pequeños detalles, ya no me detenía a observar a mi alrededor, aunque el mundo seguía girando ya no me levantaba a las 5 am a ver el amanecer.

Cuando crecemos olvidamos las cosas realmente importantes en la vida, el simple hecho de ser felices, detenernos por un momento a ver lo que el mundo tiene para mostrarnos, eso suele dejar de importar en cierta etapa de la vida...

Una de las cosas mas hermosas que me enseño el Arte, es a Reconocer la Perfección en los Pequeños Detalles, Aprendí a detenerme y vivir el momento de nuevo, así como cuando era niño.

When I was a child, almost always when I left I would see the little details of the world around me, I would entertain myself watching the trees swing with the wind, seeing the work of the ants, or the butterflies in their wanderings, I could stay hours watching the small details of life almost always in silence, let the world move around me while I stayed still. When I grew up I forgot those little details, I did not stop to look around me, although the world kept turning and I did not get up at 5 am to see the sunrise .

When we grow up we forget the really important things in life, the simple fact of being happy, stop for a moment to see what the world has to show us, that usually stops mattering at a certain stage of life ...

One of the most beautiful things that Art taught me is to Recognize Perfection in Small Details, I learned to stop and live the moment again, just like when I was a child.

Mas que una mirada

La primera vez que vi la ciudad de Mérida al anochecer, fue como si estuviera mirando otro planeta, ese pequeño instante se quedo guardado en mi memoria, esos pequeños instantes son los que representan verdadera felicidad, solo es cuestión de detenerse y observar. Cuando dos personas cruzan miradas por primera vez y sienten que la vida les sonríe, cuando un niño mira el mundo por primera vez, cuando las personas afortunadas despiertan y ven a su lado a la persona que aman, cuando la lluvia besa a la ciudad acompañada de un atardecer frío, esos momentos le dan sentido a la existencia, el hecho de encontrarse en el lugar indicado en el momento indicado y poder admirar un pequeño rastro de perfección en este mundo en caos...

El universo en nuestros ojos

Parte de los detalles perfectos de la vida están escondidos a simple vista, hoy salí con mi cámara con intención de fotografiar mi entrenamiento, después de ver una película llamada "Orígenes", que se quedo dando vueltas en mi cabeza, conforme iba transcurriendo la tarde, me dio por fotografiar los ojos de algunos amigos y compañeros, incluso, de algunas personas desconocidas. Al revisar las fotos, vi como se dibujaban figuras abstractas en el iris, galaxias enteras del tamaño de un ojo humano, una maquina compleja y perfecta que nos acompaña a todos lados dibujando en si misma el mapa de nuestro propio universo...

Part of the perfect details of life are hidden to the naked eye, today I went out with my camera with the intention of photographing my training, after watching a movie called "Origins", which stayed spinning in my head, as the afternoon passed , I took to photograph the eyes of some friends and colleagues, even some unknown people. When reviewing the photos, I saw how abstract figures were drawn on the iris, whole galaxies the size of a human eye, a complex and perfect machine that accompanies us everywhere drawing in itself the map of our own universe ...

Nuestros ojos son otra huella de identidad, sus laberintos que forman obras de arte perfectas nos identifican ante el mundo, somos tan pequeños en este planeta, que a su vez es pequeño en nuestro sistema solar, que a su vez es mucho mas pequeño en nuestra galaxia, una entre millones y millones de galaxias, y aun así, podemos mostrar en nuestros ojos una infinidad de trazos, muescas y marcas, tal y como si dentro de nuestros ojos, se encontrara un universo entero...
