Apparently, 'Jesus' said; "Seek ye first the kingdom of God..and all things will be added unto thee" ....but what does this mean?

The book of Mathew , part 6 (Luke 12:22-34)

Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. .....31T herefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek: ) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto thee.

Its odd that I have not seen the name "Jesus", or even Yeshua, referenced in any verse I have read in the bible.

To be honest, this is probably because I have stayed away from this book of books because it has been associated with the false religion of Christianity (which wasn't always false).

Christianity became a false religion when so called "priests" began to use words that were and weren't in the bible to manipulate the minds of the religions followers.

This included things like the creation of a dramatized heaven and hell and the creation of the entity "Jesus" from the entity known as Yeshua the anointed one (Christ) as an object of worship and therefore power.

I believe that the "church", or conglomerations of false priests, use the worship of this false entity as a source of power, and perhaps even harvest peoples energy in this way.

These false priests have taken a true Gnosticism and turned it into a mind slavery device.

I have always been told "Jesus this" and "Jesus that" yet have never seen his reference in the king James bible.

Yet I have been told that the above verse (Luke 12:22-34) was actually spoken by Yeshua, or Jesus.

I do not know who said it, or if the entity that was the inspiration for the created "Jesus" actually existed, but none-the-less there is much wisdom in ancient texts such as the bible and if you look at the text with your own interpretation, you will see something entirely different than what the church tells you.

What does it mean?

The above verse is a very potent one....yet it is also simple.

All the time we as human beings worry about how we will pay our rent, how we will buy food for our families, how we will be clothed, etc.

We worry about it so much that we attract more and more poverty to us; even if it wasn't there to begin with.

Yet the lilies of the fields and the trees of the forest do not worry about how they will grow; nor do they worry about being cut down, nor toil in effort to grow faster.

The lilies don't worry about who will notice their beauty; they simply blossom into beauty.

If no person looks or if ten thousand look, the beauty is there all the same.

This is how this verse is telling us we should live.

It is saying that we should seek first the kingdom of God, or the kingdom of heaven, which is inside of us first and foremost.

It is saying that we should tether our connection with the source of life; that we should find this connection within ourselves and use it to stay grounded to our spiritual nature.

When you come into this space of pure bliss and pure love; pure knowingness and omnipresence with all: this is the kingdom of God, and it can easily be tapped into with modalities such as meditation (stillness of mind).

This verse also says that no man can serve two masters.

Meaning in this context that you cannot truly and fully enter the kingdom of God when you are focusing on mundane human concerns such as wealth, influence and power.

The verse is saying to first be in this state of bliss that is your divine nature and the kingdom of God, to always stay 'locked' in this state of being, and that, second; all things will be added unto thee.

This is also talked about by other channels as a zero point.

A point that you come to where you just are; where you are your natural self and do not worry about things.

This verse is essentially saying that the most important thing is to be and to be naturally, and to realize that you are this being-ness and that you are consciousness.

First, BE.

Second, all things will be added unto the foundation of your being-ness, your I-AM-PRESENCE.

This is the very foundation; the only thing that truly matters; your connection with the source of life, what ever that means to you.

Thank you for your attention.

To all the mind slaves out there:

I AM THAT I AM.

Can you comprehend that?

You are a fucking fractal position of the all.

Why are you worshipping some entity or "messiah" as God when you are God?

Wake the fuck up and realize that this is what has been being taught for hundreds of thousands of years.

May your heart find peace.

I AM THAT I AM or Yahweh is specifically used for God. It is how he made himself known to the world. In other words he is saying that he has always existed.

Yahweh...have heard that before too.

There is a theory that the Nephlim have been incarnating in human form for millennia, and that entities such as Tihuti, Yeshua, Enoch, Thoth as well as the son of enki, are the same being; because the same ancient wisdom was taught through all of these entities.

This is what some interpret the banishing of the snake from the garden of Eden to mean: the snake is thought to be enki and the one who betrays himself as "God" is thought to be enlil.

But I think the problem is that gods or highly evolved beings, portray themselves as GOD , when GOD is not an entity or of one gender....but a force which we caanot truly contemplate

Yes God is not fully understandable but he does want to make himself known on a level we can better understand and I believe he has done that. I use he simply as a reference to his personhood

P.s.: I don't care if "mind slaves" is a derogatory term; if it is then it should motivate people to seek out truth.

A mind slave is someone who does not own their own mind, who does not question their inherited belief systems and just regurgitates what some priest class told them is true.

Funny, didn't realize the Scriptures were meant to be a self-help book. I always read them as more of a masterful real-life narrative outlining the redemptive work of the Messiah for His people purposed before time, a working out of His eternal covenant within the Triune Godhead by which a just God justifies the ungodly in a manner in which the glory is rendered to the divine son.

I obviously don't agree with what appears to be your notion of Holy Writ being a divine self-help manual in attaining a higher knowledge. I think Scripture was a purpose involving immortality which Christ alone possesses and the perfect death which was the fulfillment of ALL righteousness.

1 Corinthians 1:18-31 KJVS
For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. [19] For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. [20] Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? [21] For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. [22] For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: [23] But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; [24] But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. [25] Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. [26] For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called : [27] But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; [28] And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea , and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: [29] That no flesh should glory in his presence. [30] But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: [31] That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

What version is that from? The text known as the bible has been altered indefinitely to serve the agenda of priests to indoctrinate.

KJV. Surely many translations have been perverted but there are texts that are reliable. The message of God's grace shown in His death in the redemption of His Elect remains intact. That divinely inspired truth is not limited to the text but it certainly is supported by it.

The religious hate this message because it puts no initial requirements on the sinner that may be used for manipulation. Rather it is a proclamation of a work completed. A death that atoned for sins over 2000 years ago for certain people. I don't know who these are but He surely will let them know at their appointed time. Perhaps, His death was for you as well. The underlying metaphysical proposition in true biblical doctrine is that man, being dead in trespass bearing the guilt of our federal representative is unable to arrive at saving knowledge of the truth on their own. Such requires a miracle known as regeneration which allows one to assent to the entire gospel and all glorious propositions thereof.

I think perhaps you can think of it as a wonderdrug but only some have the receptors for the drug to be effectual. God determined before time who will have the receptors. It is my job to administer the drug (preach Christ and Him crucified for the sins of His chosen people) regardless because I know not who will have or be granted the receptors at each instance I faithfully convey this message. It requires no doctoring, gimmicks, emotional ploys, guilt trips or the like. It is truly the POWER OF GOD unto Salvation. Christ is both the Author (initiator) and finisher (sees it through to completion) of the faith of His sheep whose names were written in His book of life from the foundation of the world.

I was once caught up in my own variation of false religion. He converted me to believe upon His death alone as my sole merit before God. This wretched sinner has nothing to offer a Holy God whose law demands perfection. It is His grace that allows one to properly appraise their nature as it pertains to grasping the magnitude of it's severity in our fallen Adamic nature.

Who said anything about a self help book?

Ancient texts are keys to mastery.

Who is doing the mastering? I would agree if your premise were that God's precepts had practical or could serve utilitarian purposes even for those that Christ did not die (namely those that die in self-willed self-glorifying false religion). I will also add that there are men that have abused the Bible to employ a nefarious type of control.

What I will not affirm is the LORD of Heaven and Earth, the One True Sovereign, yes even of the creature will of men, would not preserve His Word for His people. Is He impotent that He is unable to ensure His eternal purpose is fulfilled by transmitting the one truth that saves men, the gospel of grace? (Via methods outlined in Romans 10 - faith is by hearing - hearing by the Word of God - Spiritual hearing granted by Christ, the Word of God's death reckoned to the sinner in time)

No, His Word will not return void. It will accomplish exactly the matter it was intended. Christ is the Word made flesh. His name is Yeshua and He will save His people from His sin. No if, and, or but. He will save every last one. That is the focus of Scripture. Not man mastering reality.

2 Timothy 3:16 KJV
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Very Zen :D
It also reminds me of Ram Dass' book "Be Here Now" as well as Thich Nhat Hanh's quote of "Washing the dishes to be washing the dishes."

"washing the dishes to be washing the dishes"

Exactly :)

Very nice and correct. When you find your inner being, GOD presence within you will start to create the life you want.

I still say "The Secret" is one of the best and simplest summary of how to create the life you want. Another good source for finding that stillness within is a book called Eufeeling.

This is the Audio book that I'm listening to right now about how people used it to create what they want in their life. It builds your belief to listen to things like this.

Also Listening to Neville Goddard also is very helpful.

Cool , I'll check it out :) Thanks for commenting :)
