I am taking time to listen to the wind and follow the whispers.
I am taking time to feel the pain that unconsciously robs our present.
I am taking time to heal and embrace the journey.
I am taking time to understand the different paces of life.
I am taking time to understand when my mind just wants to stay blank and my eyes to stare at the ocean view.
I am taking time to laugh and hug wholeheartedly.

I am taking time to feel the rush when the football game is on.
I am taking time to feel that anxiety to see a new born.
I am taking time to calm the storm before a fight.
I am taking time to pick myself and others up even if I have to lag behind.
I am taking time to breathe and accept the process.

I am taking time to just stand and watch the innocent humans.
I am taking time to disappear into the criminal minds.
I am taking time to reflect on the Love I have received.
I am taking time to forgive and be forgiven.
I am taking time to have dreamless nights.
I am taking time to lose my focus and divert to the unknown.
I am taking time to embrace the NOW.
I am taking time to feel the presence.
