Ha, that sounds like an interesting book!

Waking up early has immeasurable benefits on mood, productivity, and overall sense of happiness, at least that's what I've experienced.

10am used to be early, now if I'm not up by 7 I'm kicking myself.

yeah ,those were the days I used to wake up in the afternoon but now waking up at 5:30 and performing yoga and meditation for one hour has became my ritual.

Awesome! I don't meditate enough. I usually start the day with exercise and writing, I could afford a 10-15 minute mindfulness session.
