I am sorry you are having a tough time with the new homeless cat! It is sad and depressing but at least he has you looking out for him! I have 5 feral cats outside and 3 homeless house cats that live out there on my front and back porch! I have a tent for them too, LOL! I moved to Richmond, VA a few years ago - coming from Northern Virginia near Washington D.C. and I have never seen so many cats- homeless- abandoned cats with collars just living outside, and feral cats- all alone, hungry,etc. They are a problem and a lot of people caused it by leaving their cats and moving- of a neighbor moved and left a Bengal cat here and he lives outside now. It also costs a lot to feed them as you know and I give them canned food too! They are a colony of 8 here, lol! They are mostly all very sweet too! Gotta laugh about it too but I hear you as it is very stressful! Have a better day tomorrow!

this is Tabby- she is older now and is the only feral cat to let me pet her so she is not considered feral to me since I pet her daily when I take out the trash she follows me to be petted.

this is Lite (named after Litecoin, lol!) he is the leader and a big A-Hole but also the most affectionate cat I have ever seen! yet- watch it he will try to scratch you at times and always bullying everyone else! LOL!
