I go through ebbs and flows when it comes to staying active. I read everything but sometimes I just can’t respond. I struggle with anxiety a lot and it shuts me down more than I would like to admit.
It is circular though. I feel better when I write, just like working out. But my anxiety make it hard to do both and it only gets worse as I get further and further away from those activities.
