Because normal people are boring. Smart people also do not trust others and investigate things them self's.
:) I know the feeling. I have just become more reflective the older I get. I often wonder if us over analytical types are really the mentally impaired for spending so much time on trying to understand things.
"..develop a deep sense of paranoia and distrust for societal norms and expectations." this went bam upside my head. you have a way of honing in on the psyche and ripping open the onion peel to get to the core.. i could read this 10 x over and still be amazed.
