Really clear and great post @julianhorack 😉 have done some of the tips just to proof myself that I could reach to the top if I really need to😊 learned everything by doing.. just like others did the "trial and error", this is not only applicable in business but also in the real life and many sectors too.

Very kind you are @cicisaja, good that you have applied what you learned. There is great wisdom and pearls of insight all about us. It is in applying it that we taste the result. Otherwise it is like licking the outside of a jar of honey. We can all learn from the experience of others too. Then we don't have to make the same mistakes ourselves.
