haha made me scream thinking about a real life story

Simple truth. But I think that the trick is knowing how we can lie. For operational positions, an interview should not last more than one hour. For tactical positions may be more than one interview and no more than 1 hour each. For directive positions, I don't know :P. Well, my point is that the time is too short to get into details, and usually questions are open enough to let you flow, but when questions get technical it comes the moment of truth. So you might lie a little about shallow stuff, but always avoid lying about technical (or maybe a little more). At the end they will send you back home if you don't know how to perform.

exactly. No person fits all the criteria for a job position, it's all about the sales pitch

or who can bull shit the most

everyone lies all they - every day about their skills. And the places they get employed fail miserably..

hahah so finally you got your job :P
