I can try to reply in english. As i can see you are posting in english too. :)
There is no real recipe. My goal is to have 50% of PG, 50% of VG. I add the aroma by accounting the percentage value.
If you still got questions on this topic, watch this video. He explains it better, than i could in english. :)
