You said absolutely right, we sometimes follow same actions in life like an pattern of superstition and all the time we face same problems and that is because if you will not improve your actions then your actions will in turn will not produce any development and progress. And in my opinion this stagnant phase comes due to ego and this ego can stop your expansion thinking and try to hold you where you are and we always tend to do those same actions. You shared some important points to improve the vision towards life and one is most important and that is, we should go easy towards our life and have to analyse all the situations before any important actions and decisions, that will in turn help us to stay away from the issues of wrong decisions in life.
