Thanks for this awareness spreading post and in my opinion it's really important to use natural stuff no matter what we intake because natural stuff are the truly safe and in the same way we should intake the natural tea instead of any other ready made stuff.

And in my opinion in market there would be many things which we don't know if it's good for us or bad but whenever we intake more natural stuff then we can keep faith.
