Small change makes a big difference!
Every small but positive step can make a big difference. Use and throw culture is growing at its highest pace and making our mother earth sick every day. Knowingly and unknowingly we are consuming so many single-use products which can be easily skipped or replaced by environment-friendly alternatives. Only thing is that we have to be conscious about each and everything we are using in our day-to-day life.
Sometimes before my friend drew my attention towards plastic straws I was using in my youtube channel and suggested me to replace with reusable metal straws. I was really not aware that time about metal straws.
As I used to make various drinks and my children love to drink with a straw. Plastic single use straws are very cheap and easily available so I bought a packet of straws. But I was really not happy with that use and throw straws as I have read and saw a lot of stuff on the internet that how this small plastic accessory is dangerous for other living being and our earth as well.
After knowing so much hazardous effects of plastic straw I tried to find stainless steel straw at local stores but unable to find then I decided to order online. There are so many websites selling this useful product but I found the best deal at aliexpress for just 0.99USD/ straw.
Today only I received my 4 straws and really happy to get this beautiful and environment-friendly product. I am sure this small change in lifestyle could make a big difference.
Great post! Plastic straws can do so much harm, especially since they fall through the recycling machines and therefore land into the ocean more often than other plastic products.

oh yes, I always have to tell people that I don't want a straw in restaurants. But the good news is, in my town we are working on making them illegal. we have already succeeded with single use plastic bags, and now we're attacking the straws. Sad how fast we can destroy the environment, but how long it takes us to correct these mistakes...
Good to know that metal straws are becoming cheaper. Several years back when I first noticed a friend using a metal straw, she had bought it for over twice the price you paid today.
Fortunately, I don't need to incur a single penny on it as I know to drink without using these 😊

I always ask the vendor to pour it in a glass and he obliges me.
It's sad that because of people's lack of discipline, plastic becomes the evil one here, when actually it's our practice that destroys the earth.
But good thing we have movements worldwide that ban the use of plastic straws and cups. We have to reach this point because if we keep on waiting for people to change and dispose plastic properly and responsibly, perhaps we'll be waiting forever.
Almost always we stop doing things correctly because we think that only our effort is not worth it ... but we are wrong, everyone should do their best to stop pollution in their daily lives no matter how many around you do not They are doing it because every time we will be more doing small actions that add a great result in benefits for all.

Thanks for your environmental friendly post. Plastic associate products like poly bag, plastic bottle, straws are causing big problem for animals in water body as well in land. We have to be more careful about using those kind of products.
