I don't do new years resolutions because I believe personal growth and development can occur and the decision for it can occur at any time of the year. That being said the new year does bring about self reflection for sure. Happy New Year my friend

Wow I love that! I agree it can :) So many people want to wait for the "new year" to make new goals. and that just seems silly.
