Today is Forever

The brightside of life is we are always learning whether we like it or not. I was taught by my mentor to look at life like sugar and salt. One is sweet and the other bitter, but the key is to find the good in each one. If we approach each day in the spirit of love and exploration without fear or judgement the world can become our forever lab of learning. Life is like a rollercoaster ride with its ups, downs, curves, bumps, speed and stops. The emotions of thrills, joys and fears stretch our minds and souls to taste what others might feel. The lesson of this journey is not the end destination, but to learn to enjoy the ride for today is forever.
