Mario Quintana
Mário Quintana (1906-1994) was a Brazilian poet, translator and journalist. He was considered one of the greatest poets of the 20th century. Master of words, humor and poetic synthesis, in 1980 he received the Machado de Assis Prize from the ABL and in 1981 he was awarded the Jabuti Prize.
